Tina Taylor LMT
I received my Training at Utah College of Massage Therapy the SLC Branch. I did the Year course where I practiced at night spreading out my classes so I was able to learn more in detail than doing the day classes for only 7 months. Well worth it :)
I learned a bunch of different techniques while attended UCMT. The BOLD ones are the ones I have choose to use in my practice today.
- Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports, Injury, Crainial.
While Practicing massage at the places I have worked I have also learned these techniques.
- Fijian, Hot Stone.
I pride myself in ALWAYS trying to listen to my clients and do what the request while adding a little of what I think their body needs to further their experience when on my massage table.
I went into massage because I was always the one massaging everyone's shoulders when I was little. I decided to pursue a career in Massage Therapy after I had graduate High School and was working warehouse jobs for 7 years or so. I was working full time 40+ hours a week while going to school to learn massage. It was hard work and I had a lot of help from my husband. I have now been practicing for just over 11 years and I love what I do. The best part about massage for me is where I have a client come in and they are in pain and when they leave they say wow the pain is gone. That is what I strive for in each session I provide for my clients. Wither I come to you or you come to me at my office.
I grew up in Magna Utah, I have 3 brothers and 3 sisters. I married my high school boyfriend and we have been happily married for just over 18 years now. We have 3 wonderful children that of course love to fight all the time. I love to Walk, Read, and exercise. I am interested in furthering my knowledge on massage and learning new techniques to try on my clients so they can have a great experience when seeing me.
